Do you offer Refunds?
Because each commission is a one of a kind piece of artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us info@pcarrington.art with details of the product and the defect.

How long does a portrait take?
Usually a portrait takes 2-3 weeks to complete depending on the size. Also factor in shipping time.

Do you offer larger/custom sizes?
Yes.  Please contact me with the desired size and I can quote you price.

Will the artwork be framed?
No. You will receive the drawn image on acid free paper. This way you can select your own frame to your liking.

How can I pay?
You can pay by via PayPal, Cashapp.

Can I pay half now and half later?
Yes. However, it is better to pay in full up front.

How do you ship my portrait?
I use U.S. Priority Mail unless you request a different method.

What if my portrait gets damaged in the mail?
If the damage can’t be fixed you will need to make a postal insurance claim. 

What is the best way to contact you?
Due to studio time all communications should be done through email.
